Gathering of the Norton’s information and assignments:

The weather prediction for Sunday the 28th looks good right now. Knock wood.  If  the weather is good expecting over 1000 bikes which will be a challenge.  I need parking volunteers at 9AM when people start to show up.

All event forms/insurance have been  submitted to Park.  Food guy is set up like last year.

We have tee-shirts.  20$ for ours and $5 for the Shelton leftovers.

I will try to coordinate volunteers.  Just show up and ask me how you can help.  I will try to rotate people to let people enjoy free time.

Volunteer Duties:  Parking, Bike Counter, 50/50 Sales, DVNR Merchandise Table,Clean-up crew.

Parking organization – Will try enforcement of Norton area.   Like herding cats but at least we can say we tried.

Expected post gathering meet-up for refreshments at Wycombe Inn.
