[dvnr] Amperage question, and gathering

Dan with his background in electrical work and others with more hands on
experience certainly know more than I do, but I've been told repeatedly
that the most common cause of problems, especially the really bizarre ones
such as this, is a bad ground connection.

This might be a good diagnostics project at Frank's workshop meeting. (?)
Just an idea.
