Got it....... this is what we should be using. 
mdairheads at casano.com  

Things got a little confusing with the big Airhead list changed over to:
airheads at lists.micapeak.com 

Now I realize two completely different hosts.  Casano vs Micapeak.

I'm making sure my phones and email lists have the correct information.

mdairheads at casano.com is entirely sufficient.

there is no "lists." and "mail." is unnecessary.
