Sounds good Bill.  Bike without gasoline shouldn't be a issue to the hotel. 
Nothing more than a prop to them.  Remove the batt also.

We can do our own thing soon ......and let the family comment on what want (or 
not) when they are ready.

    As of right now, Claudia still has a planned vacation for herself.  One that 
has been in the works for many months.  She alone secured a flight travel 
itinerary for a trip to Thailand.  March 30 thru April 23.  Ashani and Dina are 
each attending their Spring college semester.  Any sort of full scale 
celebration for Mark’s magnificent life will need to take place at a time when 
his three favorite ladies are available.  As one might sumise from their 
schedule, it could be a while.  We will know a lot more once they return from 
Africa and we can put some serious consideration to specific calendar dates.

  For the moment, I have a very tentitive hotel location in mind.  There is a 
Marriott situated within angry wrench tossing distance of BWI.  Of the many 
hotels located near the airport, it seems to have the largest of meeting room 
capacity.   First, a date must be established.  Second, an approximate headcount 
must be procured.  Third, for cost reasons, the appropriate sized meeting hall 
must then be reserved.  Our culinary offering could be done in the spirit of 
SuperTech.  Pizza,  hors d’oeuvre's  and ice chests full of beer.   A projector, 
screen and a podium would round it all out.  Whether or not the hotel would 
permit our rolling an R100RS into the rented hall remains in question.   With 
gasoline evacuated from fuel tank and float bowls, I see no reason why not.   If 
we don’t ask, they can’t say no !   Yes, no, maybe ?
