Thanks for the suggestions.
I meant to include pictures. they are attached to this email.
The pannier mounts are very adaptable. They can be configured for almost
any rack. The Mosko Moto site has a long list of racks that work and videos
of how easily the mounting hardware is installed.

Riding our bikes is a great way to get outside and keep distant from people.
