[PAAirheads] Slipping Issues

Just for the record, no amount of torque will hold the output shaft flange unless both sides of the taper are perfectly clean and dry. Then, torque using the BMW holder tool, to 150 foot-pounds, no more. Higher torque actually “blows out” the flange taper and makes it never seat securely.

Simple rule applies here: Do it right or leave it to somebody who will.
