It's that time again. Unless you want a nice long article about how much
fun it was leading 30 Porsches on a 60 mile trek through the Pine
Barrens (from Jackson to Batsto, including Pasadena Road and Pleasant
Mills Road) - someone will have to come up with some BMW related stories.

I know people went to Oktoberfest at the Crystal Brook - lets hear about
it and see some photos.  I'm sure Roger has something to write about.
How about RDS and the story of getting his NC bike registered in NJ and
finding all the gear needed to ride it?

BTW - used the motorcycle group technique of each vehicle being
responsible for the person/vehicle behind you on the Porsche parade I
was leading..  it worked surprisingly well.  Speeds weren't very fast
(except on Pasadena Road - where perhaps we got a bit above the speed
limit) - but for a group drive that I figured was at least 1/2 mile long
- it went quite well.  Avoiding intersections, especially ones with
traffic lights is a good technique, but unfortunately, even in the Pines
that wasn't always possible.  It all went better than expected, we
didn't loose anyone, and no one crashed into anything. A success!  Had a
nice socially distanced picnic lunch at Batsto.

Lets get scribbling.  Send submissions to "editor at njsbmwr.org" - not to
the mailing list please.
