Ride on Saturday: Hot Dog Johnnys

I plan to ride up to Hot Dog Johnnys on Rt 31 & 46 in Buttsville NJ on Saturday  5/16

Leave: 10am GSP CheeseQuake Rest Area (meet just above the gas pumps)
Route To:  interstates half way, then back roads... GSP - I287 - Rt 22. Then Lamington Rd off of Rt 22., then backroads to Hot Dog Johnnys.

Route Back:  The fast way back is Rt 31 south to I78 and home.  However I created a zig zag route back without I78 or 287 or GSP.
I anticipate the total ride will be 4 hours.
Hot Dog Johnnys is open for takeout.   They have picnic tables under covering; bathrooms open.  Dining tables inside are closed.
Attached is a GPX file and a jpeg map file... I made a mistake on the first leg from GSP to Rt 22 so ignore the piece that goes north of 287.
