I just got word that the MOA canceled the Fontana Rally in April.   They have negotiated with the hotel to move the event to August 28-30, 2020. All individual hotel reservations and MOA registration will be automatically transferred to the new date.  For those where the date is not good, you can ask for refund of down hotel payment.  The MOA fee can be credited to a future rally or I assume refunded.
I have not yet heard anything final about the June MOA National Rally other than they are actively talking with the Fair Grounds. (I am holding on to my hotel reservation since it had only a few days cancellation clause.)
