[NJSBMWR] all the breakfast club venues

I have written a computer program to pre-select venues based on rules
derived from Don's and my opinions on the venues.

The new entries start Feb 1 and run through Nov 7.

The list is not cast in stone.  I can change things if people have 
strong feelings about where we go to breakfast.
