Hi Rick, Welcome to the club. I am a member since the very early days, '93. My main ride is a BMW K1 with sidecar, and there are several other solo bikes in the herd. I have a business for motorcycle suspension systems in Englishtown, since you grew up there you may know the area. 77 Pension Rd., Suite 17 - EPM Performance Imports. I am there most weekends and during the week until about 6-7 pm, so stop by if you are out on a ride. This weekend however is called for yard work at home. See you at the next meeting at Our House Restaurant on June 12. I just want to introduce myself and hope this is the appropriate forum for that. I have recently returned to riding after a decade or two halitus. I was riding my 18 R1200RT this winter around Asbury Park when I ran into Don Ellenberger (not literally) and he told me about this club. I am 56 years old, and grew up in the Englishtown and Freehold area and currently reside with my wife are two little ones (my dogs) in Monroe. I love riding and try to find every excuse to find a way to get out and ride, I am always open to organized rides but also am fine with short-notice ad-hoc rides. Most of my riding occurs on the weekend and also enjoy full weekend get-aways. My wife is new to motorcycles and I have been getting her on the back more and more and she is getting more comfortable with each ride. For a hobby I play keyboard in a classic-rock cover band and play one or two weekends a month. Our regular gigs have been at the Cabin in Freehold, Coltsneck Inn and Captains Inn in Forked River So between riding and playing my weekends are pretty full, the way I like it. Anyway, I hope to meet you all soon and please keep me informed of any last minute rides.
