HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Just a quick up date on S-1400 (Malfunctioning Red Lights). Our Primary
Sponsor Sen. Jeff Van Drew (D-1st) has been elected to Congress. So now we
need to secure not 1 but 2 Primary Sponsors for the Bill.

The bright side is I have picked up an additional Co-Sponsor, Sen Joseph
Pennacchio (R-26). This brings our co-sponsorship to 4 senators. Singer,
A.R.Bucco, Thompson and Pennacchio. I will continue to follow up with
Senators from both parties, focusing on members of the Transportation
Committee, and democratic leadership.

Sen. Singer is the Republican Deputy Minority Leader and Sen. Pennacchio is
the Party Whip. My hope is with Republican leadership already on board, if
we can get the Democratic leadership to commit we should be able to secure
many votes in the chamber.

Best regards,

Jonathan
