I also plan to head down to Motts Creek .I plan to leave at 10am from the GSP Rest  Area, just above the Bellmar Ave parking entrance...north end of the commuter parking area.  I think this is referred to as the Neptune rest area 
Chime in if you want to ride the Parkway down to the gathering together.
