[NJSBMWR] Relocations

Herb bought in Maryland, not Delaware. He was seeking water..  and he 
keeps attending events like breakfasts, he's looking for mileage contest 
miles, I think that's why he moved to Maryland. And water for a boat his 
son will own and he'll get to use (aka - Pleasure Boat = Someone Elses..)
