Another month has passed and another Moribundi lunch looms. September 5th to be precise. Bill Dudley has proposed Jinli Sichuan Chinese Restaurant in Marlboro and a review of the menu provide some exciting choices.
How about some stir-fried intestines or frogs with pickled pepper? Not to your taste? Then perhaps beef-tendon noodle soup or fish filets with pigs-blood curd and intestines will fit the bill. Maybe sliced ox tongue and tripe will be your choice.
Of course I jest. There are the usual choices we expect at a Chinese eatery. And they do have an extensive menu, be they a bit pricey.
But then you pay not only for the food but also the company.
