March Meeting

Ahh HA...  I can make it..  The Interstate is currently running and not leaking to much oil.  I would welcome comments and input on how she sounds and if the suspension seems correct up front as well as anything else that may seem amiss..  The least meet in Lambertville took me all winter to address the woes you all pointed out..LOL

Hello DVNR members, 

If some of last week's sunny warm temperatures was a preview of the weather to come, we're in for a great spring.  I hope everyone was able to get outside for a bit and enjoy it.  I saw and heard more than a few bikes drive by until the chilly temperatures returned Saturday and Sunday.  The riding season will be here soon!

Bob Katz has graciously offered to host a March DVNR meeting next Sunday, March 21 for those interested in getting together in a group setting.  My apologies for the late notice.  Bob's address is 426 Maple Ave, Glenside PA. I expect things to kick off at our usual time of about 11:00.  The club will provide food and liquid refreshments.  Hopefully it'll be warm enough outside for something other than hot coffee.  In an abundance of caution, I will personally make sure there is plenty of beer on hand for Pat regardless of weather conditions.  

I reached out to the State Park but haven't heard back from them as of yet regarding an official denial to have the Gathering there in April.  I'm sure none of us expect them to say yes, but I'll follow up.  It's been suggested that interested club members meet up at the park in April, hang out for a bit, and then ride somewhere for food and drink.  Sort of a Gathering of Norton Club Members, I suppose.  We're still exploring options as to where to go.  Hopefully we can get an idea of the number of interested members at Bob's.  I'll speak with Dave at Classic Cycles about having a meeting at his shop thereafter, perhaps May or June?
