Triumph National Rally - Fri/Sat

The Triumph Rally starts on Friday - and according to the schedule, it looks like the gates open at 7A.
I know there have been some conversations with the organizers of the meet (Al Hartman?) and some from the DVNR (David Behnken?), but I dont know f amy specific arramgements have been made. I only live about 30 mins away and was planning on driving down early to the DVNR spot to drop off some stuff (folding table, chairs, easy-up, some bike parts to sell) and then return home to come back down on my bike. 
Anyone been assigned to "open up" or set up for t-shirts or unfurl our revered Norton DVNR chapter banner? Or anyone I can meet up with?
