Reference my tire/tube repair session, this is NOT an all inclusive list of
items to carry, but here are some items folks had interest in:

I prefer an electric pump. If you use CO2 cartridges, and very large ones
are available, caution, because some have threaded ends and some do not.
Also, some tools pierce the end of the cartridge and ALL the compressed air
comes out, right now, other tools can meter the release of the air which is
much handier

Joe Dille did a scientific study of MANY tire gauges some years ago, for
SuperTech (Thanks Joe :-)  and discovered that the basic simple, cheap
pencil type tire pressure gauge was the best and most reliable

The fancier, larger, battery powered, etc., were all inferior to a basic
pencil type.

Thanks for that list.

I wanted something for my home garage that I could also carry to a tire
shop and change tires in the parking lot so I got TireIron BeadBrakR
kit.  I don't do any off-road adventure touring but the PGH streets are
like playing whack-a-mole with potholes and I'd like to be able to patch
a tire in a parking lot.

Thank you guys, one and all. Our keynote speaker William Plam entertained us with his airhead journey, both personal and professional. From the cutaways to the raffle gifts, there was something for all of us, all weekend.?? ? Thank you Rob Price, Chris Sutton and all the people behind the scenes who worked to put the all the fun together. And of course,? a big shout out to the Boyertown Historic Vehicles Museum for being such gracious hosts. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that new friendships were established, one of the best benefits of Supertech. If you haven't attended one of these events, get it on that bucket list.? Even? if you don't know beans about a bean can!? ? One of the items I recommended was to use an SAE connector, hooked to your
battery and hanging out the left side of your bike so you can connect a
heated jacket, charge a phone, or charge your battery.

You can find all kinds of good electric products at Powerlet, it's one
option. They were sold and bought back, so now some of their products are
on Amazon as well.

I bought one of these jackets last year and I find it's a great jacket
for wandering around my suburb after dark as well as for night-time riding.

He explains the difference between detonation and pre-ignition very well. 
The pictures give you a good reason to back off the throttle as soon as
you hear a ping on your airhead.
