Hello NY Airheads
I hope you got to get out for a ride or two this past week when the weather
blessed us with 3 days of temps in the 60's. It is cold and snowy again
here in the Catskills but I am planning ahead for a good riding season. NY
parks have announced that they will allow camping so I have planned a rally
for July 16-18 at Wilcox Park in Milan NY between Rhinebeck and Pine
Plains. It will be a memorial to Mike Friedle- our NY air marshal who
passed last spring. Details will be printed in Airmail and are available
now on my website <http://www.dwapickle.com/calendar.html> if you would
like me to send you the announcement just let me know and I will forward
it.
Hope to see some of you out and about soon. Let's us know what you have
been doing and what you have planned for the season!  it's just about time
to get out and ride.

to [UTF-8?]Hermy???s to sell on consignment.

It has about 47,000 miles.  [UTF-8?]Hasn???t been ridden for a year.  Last rides were
after getting a carb rebuilt at [UTF-8?]Hermy???s.  [UTF-8?]I???ve been keeping it on a trickle
charger, battery is ok.

I appreciate any suggestions!

1986 BMW R80RT for Sale

 I am selling my BMW touring bike which I have owned since 2002.I am located in Langhorne, PA. The bike has about 45,000 miles, it is on it's third speedometer/odometer. This bike is extremely original with the following upgrades: Endurolast 450 alternator kit, done in 2009. The transmission was rebuilt with the circlip and a new speedo installed at 10598 miles in 2004. These were done by Tom Cutter, front forks were rebuilt in 2003 by Cherry Hill BMW, in 2004 I had a ?8000 mile service and the carburetors rebuilt with new jets and floats by Cherry Hill BMW. The lights were modified with duel filament bulbs in 2007 and Hella driving lights added in 2009. The windshield is from Clearview Shields with the Gold Wing vent installed, the banding is original to the bike. The seat is modified to lower it. If you were going to restore the bike I also have a new OEM seat. The extra parts are: a fresh oil filter kit, new air filter, a new clutch-cable, and an extra speedo that needs the odometer fixed. There is a complete original tool kit in the tail piece, and the original owners manual. New rubber brake lines were installed in 2003, a new Master cylinder was installed in 2010. This is a good running bike that also has a recent inspection. Forgot to mention I also have original keys for all bags and compartments.Price is $3450. Hard to find one this nice, I think it is a good price.?
