      Buying motorcycles themselves isn’t any kind of problem. It’s the
      money we spend on them – after they are bought – that really seems
      to add up. <br>

      It’s a direct result of the lies we motorcyclists tell ourselves.

      “This bike is (almost) perfect….”<br>
      <br>
      <br>
      Remember the old saw about how the last 10 percent of the work
      takes 90 percent of the time? I think that this is the
      ‘moto-farkel corollary’. A bike that is nearly perfect will only
      take 90% of the motorcycle’s purchase price to become completely
      perfect. <br>
      <br>
      Of course, it’s a lot easier to be philosophical about it after
      the bike IS perfect. 😉<br>
