While in Stockbridge some of us were discussing LED headlights as we need
more wattage for auxiliary lights and heated gear.

I have used several companies for LED headlights.  Using an LED headlight
uses much less power.  Our bikes' electrical systems are woefully
underpowered.  The /5 puts out 180 watts and the /6 puts out 280 watts.  If
the headlight uses 55 of those watts, you don't have much left for other
stuff.  An LED bulb uses 25 watts saving more for other gear.
