<div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Sorry for my late 2 bits. I bought a 1995 RT from Chris and it has the emulators on it. I had before this bike a older 1995 RT that did not have the emulators. I tried everything to get the front suspension better. It was typically smooshy I tried all kinds of grades of fork oil. Nothing worked. The newer 1995 RT from Chris with its emulators are like nite and day. The bike is a blast with them. <br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Have fun and ride safe. I'll be at the tent Float if there isn't a gas issue like here in VA. There is no need to rush the suspension work into place. The fairing is not an impediment to the fork work. The job is no more or less difficult with the fairing in place. Yes, the forks will need to be removed from the triple-tree in their entirety. They are then completely dismantled, cleaned and refurbished with new seals, washers etc. Tom Cutter provides at a fair price a complete rebuild kit for the fork assembly. His kit, along with fresh oil and the RaceTech goodies makes for a very nice end result.
