Is that the retractable one to accommodate the seat opening? Or a fixed one?

Does anyone have a Reynolds R 291 rear rack they want to part with for /7 Airheads with S-cowl seats? I am considering replacing the stock attached 'useless rear rack’ on my 80 R80/7.
