Auction my R80RT?

I know a friend who had a similar issue with his r100rs. 2 things that
corrected it in increments were first, the tires. He took off the Shinkos
which came on the bike and installed Michelin Pilot Activs. He said it was
a good improvement. The second upgrade was the Gazi rear shocks he
installed. Following him before, you could see the bike weaving around.
After he upgraded the suspension it was much more planted. YMMV
