I just replaced the failed clock on my `88 RS (with a used clock costing $50 on Ebay and it works fine). (Both are BMW Quartz Motometer with green face.) I would like to get the original clock repaired as a spare (for the next time). Palo Alto Speedo gave me an estimate of $300 plus shipping! Does anyone know a repair shop that charges less? thanks, Bill Bachman
