Belated, but thank you for inviting everyone over to see the new diggs.  Lots of potential with that new garage.  Glad you bought it.  Looking forward to seeing how that develops.  And of course a tech day or two.

I realize the house came with the garage and the house was a treat too.  With my background in home building I especially appreciated the “bones” of the house.  Someone in the past went to a lot of trouble and expense to get it right.  You guys got a great place.
