[MDairheads] Sliced Cycle Artwork Contest

     An idea, a contest, a call out to the artistic talent in the group and beyond.  Wives, girlfriends, manfriends, mistress’s and so forth.   A quick piece of chronology with respect to our “Sliced Cycle” project.  In the Autumn season of 2016 we got busy building our R75/6 cut-away model.  It needed to be ready for SuperTech 2017.  We got it there, it wasn’t whole, still isn’t.  In the time since it’s debut, it has grown to be an element of intrigue and purpose at SuperTech as well as other BMW motorcycle venues on the schedule.  In a small way, it seems to be taking on a life of it’s own.  For this reason, a logo perhaps, a graphic identity might be called for.  Jim McKinna, Dale Simpson and I have been the primary builders of the model.  Each of us are a mechanic by trade, not artist’s.  The ABC enjoys having a unique logo that we all recognize.  Simple By Choice.   Perhaps something equal in sort could be created for our “Sliced Cycle” project without end.  Hmm…  On his Air Store vendor table, Dave Cushing could end up with an added volume of product offering.  A credit to the Artist. 

  Would anybody have an interest in being our creative spirit ?  Submit your impassioned design.  A group vote could be taken.  And the winner is ! 

   An idea.  These can be fun things to kick around.
