[MDairheads] Need a rope?

3-1/4”X46 feet.  A sewn loop at each end.  Came off a tug boat in the Chesapeake.  My neighbor brought it home and now realizes he has no idea what to do with it.  Anyone want to try the tow a locomotive with your pickup truck towing capacity challenge?

The rope is available if you can think of something to do with it.
