[MDairheads] tire mounting

I'm in the Frederick, MD area.  So Silver Spring isn't a huge haul if I
wanted to go to Cycles.  I still haven't checked with the local shops to
see if they will do it, but I'm reluctant to do business with a shop if I
don't know their reputation.

Will has a balancing tool so I may opt to mount the tires myself then use
Will's tool.  There is some doubt as to whether the balancing tool can
mount the rear monoshock wheel, but we shall find out.
