[MDairheads] Airhead Scrambler?

Saw the attached photo in a "12 Best Classic Motorcycles" clickbait.  I'm guessing this is some enterprising wrenchhead's  very nice looking homemade scrambler?  Or did BMW or an aftermarket company actually make this exhaust setup?
