On September 15, I must provide the Doral Arrowwood with a final number.  Once provided, I cannot decrease the number… That’s why I am reaching out to those who initially indicated attendance but have not yet provided final confirmation and payment.  Conversely, The Doral will not guarantee additional meals above and beyond the number that I give them, although I imagine there could be a few extra for late shows.  A few alumni hope to show up during the day Saturday or Sunday for a visit (Barb Marcy, Jim Aronson)

I have attached a pdf file showing confirmed attendees and folks who have indicated probable attendance.  64 alumni responded that they could not make the date.  59 alumni with reliable email addresses did not respond at all and 61 could not be reliably located, despite use of paid search engines.  Thus, I think we did the best we could to make sure that alumni received news of the event. If you are in contact with any classmates, please let them know that there is still time to sign up!!!
