Hi guys.
Cleaning up my back yard and I still have the sign from the Brass Ring
restaurant (now Orlando?s).
I grabbed it off the owner a few years back as I didn?t want to see it just
trashed.  Piece of local biking gathering spot history.
It is very large though, 12? long by about 2 feet. You?d need a big section
of wall to hang it on.
Nothing special about it, made of plastic.  Just thought someone might want
it   Good conversation piece.
$50 takes it
Also have an Interstate seat for sale.
$100.

Hi guys,



I?ve signed up for the *Distinguished Gentleman?s Ride*, which, as you may
know, is an international motorcycle ride fundraiser that happens each year
on the last Sunday in September.  The ride is a fund raiser for two men?s
health issues ? prostate cancer research and men?s mental health programs.
It started  in 2012 in Sydney Australia and has now grown to 700+ cities in
110 countries.  They?re hoping for 125,000 riders globally this year and
have set a fundraising goal of $7 million.  Formal attire and vintage/retro
motorcycle required. Other than modern classics and sidecars, no modern
bikes allowed. I'm taking my '70 Norton.



There are a few DGRs in the area.  I'm doing the one in Jersey that starts
at the Triumph/BMW Dealership in Metuchen, goes to Sandy Hook and ends in
Asbury. I'm sure there's one in the Phily area; I know there's one in North
Jersey by High Point as well if anyone wants to sign up and do one more
local.  Anyone who just wants to donate a few bucks to the cause can click

I have had my Norton painted and will be keeping it the way it left the
factory.
I have a Very new red tank, 74 or 75 I'm told in excellent original
condition, a roadster seat also in good shape and a fastback tail piece.
I'd like $400 for the tank, $125 for the seat and $275 for the tailpiece.
Please let me know if you have any interest I can bring them to the next

I'm picking up the bike tomorrow so would enjoy a ride if anyone is out for

Not sure why I didn?t think of this before, but cut down the Brass Ring
sign, and cleaned up the pieces.   Just need to trim them square.
I might ask the owner of Orlandos if he want them as wall hangers for the
restaurant.  Bit of history for the spot.  If not, they find a place on s
garage wall.
